Klutr exists because we needed it. We're building a capture tool for people who think faster than most tools can keep up with.
Notebooks everywhere. Screenshots we'd never look at again. Voice memos piling up. Brilliant thoughts vanishing because by the time we opened the app, we'd forgotten what to do with them.
We tried everything. Notion, Obsidian, Roam, Apple Notes, paper notebooks. All excellent tools. None designed for brains that context-switch constantly and generate ideas faster than they can organize them.
"Every tool asked us to decide where something belonged before we captured it. That's backwards."
A tool that captures first and organizes second. That suggests connections without forcing hierarchies. That works with nonlinear thinking, not against it.
The principles behind everything we build
The best system is the one you actually use. We prioritize getting ideas out of your head over organizing them perfectly.
Your thoughts are yours. We don't train AI on your notes. We don't sell your data. Your content stays private.
Every feature comes from real feedback. We're building this with people who actually use it, not in a vacuum.
We're a small team of developers and designers who've spent years struggling with productivity tools that weren't built for how we think.
Klutr is our answer to the problem we lived with for too long. We're building it in public, with beta users who share the same frustrations.
